It is done. After 9 long weeks of pure anticipation and frustration it is finally complete. The Chin Chin La has a new toy. I am sure you guys know what i mean. Let the stories flow from the nether regions of my RPM gauge.

Already paid for dyno session just going back for the second half to tune my safc at RS impressive.

specialise? not too sure.. they are pretty pro at unichip and dyno tuning...
oo icic.. how much do they charge for safc tuning, and campulley tuning, on dyno? whats their dyno brand?
I dunno dude... Never really bothered to check what brand dyno they use.
they charged me 250 for my safc tuning dunno bout cam pulley or anything like that.

very low power heh only 160 at the crank. they say cos i am not using mivec pistons or high compression pistons.
not sure how much of difference that will make though....
hmm... 160 arr? my prev dyno readings, 160 crank too.. with only safc and campulleys. maybe they tune not so tight leh?
Hmm mind if you tell me what your safc settings are at for hi and lo throttle? Mine are set quite low like negative 18% from mivec engage.
I thought you had 150 crank? I must have heard wrong.

160crank. erm. my settings like ranges frm -5 till -15correction.
i tought it depends on the engine characteristics.. ie ur engine gives you too much fuel at this point, so, -ve correction. if the fuel system gives you too lil, then +ve corr.
mine starts at like 1% goes to -ve 5% then closer to 4000 RPM its already like -ve 12% then all the way until 8000 RPM is -ve 18%
I think its tuned very very lean indeed.

im using stock brakes dude! and lousy pads! come lerh.. my friend with a stock gti brings his ride to sepang! you will learn much much more about ur ride! plus, you can pinpoint which mod is critical and which mods arent!
for the moment i really dont think i will bring. i am not satisfied just yet with the car. >:P
